Temperature Stable: Unic machines have powerful heat exchangers per boiler size giving them very quick recovery times, Coupled with Unic’s unique quick acting pressure stats helps to provide very stable coffee water temperature control in a single boiler heat exchanger machine.

Versatility: flexibility with the volumetric machine (i.e., touch pad configuration) at no additional charge.

Back up controls /Failsafe Design Most espresso machines on the market use a single processor and control board to run the entire machine. With UNIC: • Each brew group (in a multi-group machine) is run by its own independent processor and control board. Each processor is capable of running every facet of the brewing process as well as controlling the water level in the boiler. • Even a complete failure of one of the processors will not affect the operation of the others. This is one of the resigns you pay a little more for a Unic because you have back up insurance built in. This means less down time, means more sales and less panic attracts.

Ease of Service: • The group heads of the machine are completely accessible (and removable, if necessary) without taking the top panel off of the machine. This dramatically reduces the service time required for the machine.

Ease of Cleaning • Teflon wands make clean-up easier than any other machine

• Direct drain ports will indicate drain blockage before it becomes a mess Machine adaptability

• Machine can be switched from Pods to Standard groups and vice-versa quickly and with little cost.

• Pre-infusion or no pre-infusion? Simple changes made will give various amounts of room for the coffee to bloom while infused.

• Long or short handles. You can choose from a wide variety of porta-filter handles to meet the individual preference of any barista.

• Metal or Teflon steam wand. Again, depending on your preference and application, you may choose from several steam wand options.

• Drain or no drain. The single group can be fitted with an internal drain tray with a sight glass.

• Higher or lower temperature profile. Your heat exchanger’s mixing system can be changed and adapted to meet your coffee’s temperature requirements. wo group espresso maker with large steam boiler. This unit is typically operated for capacities upward of 25 lbs. per week.

Designed for rugged commercial application, high performance during rush periods. Its most economical dimensions can place it on most counters with limited space.

Cup Warmer

Protect your warranty & investment.

Protect your factory warranty and machine from harmful hard water minerals that cause calcium build up, & damage to your boiler, heating elements, water passages, and moving parts.

This all in 1 filter is the answer for most hard water conditions.

Help the taste of your coffee with a BMT Bestmax premium 5 stage filter with magnesium for improved coffee taste or the standard 4 stage protection filter. When selecting the premium line with magnesium, we recommend a water meter so you know when it’s time to change your filter as magnesium will show as a solid on a test strip.

Dial in the setting 1, 2 or 3 on the BWT filter head to match your water hardness and brew system needs. to get the proper protection & longest life based on degree of water hardness. Just twist the all in one cartridge out of the self-closing valve in head and spin the new replacement one in when needed, no water to shut off or turn on before changing,

The BWT 0.5-micron cartridge can lie sideways, set on its base or hang from the wall bracket included.

Recommended sizes based on water hardness and usage.

See our compete BWT accessories discount packages.
