Criteria: Worn by Legalmen (LN) with ranks from Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4) to Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6). Legalmen are typically responsible for helping legal professionals and are the equivalent of civilian paralegals. They maintain records, documents and legal reference libraries.
