Muon is a 450 lumen head torch that’s compact and lightweight so you can always keep it in your bag ready for crag escapes or after-work sessions.
6 lighting modes give you plenty of adaptability to your environment and activity. The main white LED has a 450 lumen maximum output while a separate, 20 lumen red LED helps to preserve your night vision. Both bulbs have flashing modes. Burn times range from 2 hours on high power to 40 hours on low power, making it ideal for shorter adventures.
Two large buttons, that can be operated with gloves, make it simple to switch between lighting modes and bulbs. The light unit tilts for navigation or reading in your tent.
Muon has a water resistance rating of IP64, so it can sustain showers (but not submersion). It takes 3 x AAA batteries and is compatible with good quality alkaline, NiMh rechargeable or NiCd rechargeable batteries.
